Hariya in Takamatsu

the best udon I have ever eaten , oh so fresh noodle. Tempura sqid and a light but favourful broth , It was well worth the short wait. It is one of those places that you only dream about finding

여기엔 한국인 리뷰가 없네요. 하리야는 카시와텐자루(닭튀김 자루 우동)으로 유명한 집 입니다. 그 외에는 카레우동도 유명 하다네요. 여기 사장 보면 가수 이승철씨 생각 납니다. 하리야 아류집 종종 있을 정도.

Brilliant Kashiwa-Ten-Udon specialty shop. Not the only udon they have but the best! Basically ultimate super mode fried chicken on udon. Especially the main guy there (prob the owner) talks a lot and knows many of the customers and tries to give a lot of customer service so it can be worth the wait. Expect to wait due to its size and popularity. Recommended if you have time!

The udon is firm and the waist is strong,The thickness is a little thick.It is a delicious noodle with the taste of powder.The soup stock is just right, but it has a lot of noodles so it feels thin at the end.The sardines are effective.I ate kashiwaten and squid tenzaru, but the noodles and tempura were too much to fill me up.
